Melinda Kathi

My name is Melinda Kathi. I have been doing sports since my childhood. Since 2011, training rooms, weights and different functional trainings are daily parts of my life.

I gained my diploma as Bodybuilding and Fitness Instructor in 2013 and since then I have been a personal trainer. In November 2016, I joined CorssFit Debrecen where I have beginners’ CrossFit trainings.

My goal is to spread my love of sport to people and to teach them the basic principles of healthy lifestyle, which they can maintain on the long run without any obstacles.

During my beginners’ CrossFit trainings you can get to know the basic exercises, techniques and you will be prepared gradually to the more intense trainings. Mobilization techniques, gymnastics, weightlifting and conditioning trainings are in the focus of these trainings.

I invite all of you to my beginners’ CrossFit courses or to a personal training at CrossFit Debrecen.

My name is JA Myburgh, head coach of CrossFit Debrecen. I have been in the CrossFit scene for quite a few years and love to educate, coach and help people of all divisions. I am a physiotherapist and sports therapist with a 16-year international Gymnastics carrier. I am currently working with CrossFit athletes all over the world preparing them for various competitions. My passion lies in movement and the expression of one’s ability to perform complexity. So if you may ask what I do: I help people move more complexly and efficiently.

„Gradualism and dynamism”

I’ve been an athletic trainer at Debrecen Sport Centre since 2009. During my professional career I was in the nation athletics team multiple times and I won national championships individually and in team as well. I’ve been dealing with TRX and CrossFit since 2015. You will find exercises for endurance as well as for increasing muscle strength during my trainings. If you want to get real fatigue then join my trainings.
